Thank you to Weekly Community Litter Pickers

Thankfully the rain stayed away from our weekly voluntary community litter picking session this afternoon and another decent haul was collected from the War memorial and surrounding area.

A big thank you to our litter pickers this week who from left to right were David Cook, Julie Stewart, Martin Manley, Judith Seed, Liz Howarth, Cllr Steve Maddock, Cllr Mark Clifford (and Tracy Morris).

Next week Tuesday 1st October 2024 from 1pm - 2pm we will be cleaning the area up around Westwood Road and Carr Brook Linear Park. Everyone is welcome and equipment is provided plus a tempo time credit is available for every hour that is volunteered.
