Community Skip Day Saturday 5th October 2024 at Manor Road School

This is advance publicity for a community skip day which is being sponsored by Chorley Council. On Saturday 5th October 2024 between 9am and 12 noon a skip is on site at Manor Road School car park for residents to throw away unwanted rubbish sofas, beds, mattresses, bric a brac etc. Do come along and lets fill that skip and make more space for ourselves. I will be there along with Borough Councillor Mark Clifford and the Chorley staff with vans to collect things from those who do not have the transport and/or are vulnerable. Please note that certain items such as builders rubble and paints have to be disposed of in a different manner.
