Advance Publicity Remembrance Service Sunday 10th November 2024

Just an advance notice to the residents of Clayton and Whittle that the annual Remebrance Srvice will be held at the local War Memorial site on Factory Lane/Preston Road on Sunady 10th November 2024 at 2.45pm onwards. Afterwards there wil be refreshmnetns served at Whittle St Johns Parish Church. Notices will be placed in the noticeboards in both Clayton and Whittle Parishes. All are welcome.

Plus the War Memorial Committee invite all the residents to commemorate Armistice Day on Monday 11th November 2024 as the Committee will be at the War Memorial to observe the two minute silence at 11am. Please do come along if you have the chance we would appreciate your attendance.
