Weekly Clayton Parish Community Litter Pick - Volunteers Welcome!!

Nice, sunny and pleasantly warm for our litter pick today. Another huge amount of litter was removed from the Environment once more including several long lost traffic cones, pieces of a baxi boiler, a child's scooter and a microwave oven!
Your volunteer team today were John Mulligan, Judith Seed, Lilian Oldham, Jim Oldham, Tracy Morris, Cllr Steve Maddock and Cllr Mark Clifford.
Lots of fly-tipping was also reported to Chorley Council. (Account by Cllr M Clifford)
Everyone is welcome to come along to the weekly litter pick which takes place each Tuesday lunch time between 1pm - 2pm at locations all around Clayton-le-Woods Parish. All equipment is provided. Please look on our social media page for details of the next location. We look forward to seeing you!!
