Weekly Volunteer Community Litter Pick

Today we welcomed two new litter pickers Joanna Bateson and Julie Stewart to our weekly community litter pick. It was great to meet them and have them as part of the team.

They were joined by Janet Pullan, Judith Seed, Alison Whitham, Lilian Oldham, Jim Oldham, John Mulligan, Tracy Morris, Cllr Neville Whitham, Cllr Steve Maddock and Cllr Mark Clifford.

It was a fantastic turn out today and we cleared loads of litter.

We restart litter picking on Tuesday 11th January 2022 from 1pm-2pm (weather and Covid -19 restrictions permitting). Equipment is provided. Look out for the venue on social media or on our website.

Once again, many thanks for everyone who has volunteered over these last 3 months to help keep our village free of litter. WELL DONE!!
