Weekly Community Litter Pick

Another lovely bright Spring day as our dedicated volunteers were out litter picking around Back Lane and Wood End Road. We had lots of love from a few of the dogs out for a walk and some kind words of appreciation from their owners! We managed to collect a massive haul of rubbish from the environment.
Many thanks to our intrepid volunteers Cllr Mark Clifford, Liz Howarth, Cllr Steve Maddock, Alison Whitham, Cllr Neville Whitham, Martin Manley, Lillian Oldham, Jim Oldham, Julie Stewart, Janet Pullan, Louisa Gallagher and Tracy Morris.
If you are interested in giving an hour back to our community please do come along on a Tuesday between 1pm and 2pm. We will post the venue next Monday on Facebook and on the Parish Council website. All are welcome!!
