5 Parish Councillor Vacancies

Currently, there are a total of 5 vacancies to be filled by co-option in the Clayton Brook and West Wards of the Parish.

Parish Councillors represent residents in their local area, attending monthly Parish Council meetings and help make decisions on what services/ projects and events are provided in the area.

You do not need any qualifications or specific experience however you must be over 18 years of age and live and/or work within 3 miles of the Clayton-le-Woods Parish boundary.

We are looking for people who are able to attend meetings, give fresh ideas, who are enthusiastic, positive and are able to commit some of their time to volunteering for our events including the Summer Fair, Scarecrow Festival and Christmas Light Switch On.
